In the early evening of March 24, 2015, a dispute at a gas station in South Bend, Indiana, ended in the tragic death of 52-year-old Gary Gene Gray. A male, Gray was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Emmett Calvin White, 58, when they pulled into the Always Open Gas Station at 1401 N. Bendix Drive. An argument erupted between the two men, which escalated to a fatal degree.
