In the summer of 2024, the life of 20-year-old Isaiah Christopher Lee Walton-Davis was tragically cut short in South Bend, Indiana. On July 30th, police responded to a ShotSpotter notification in the 3600 block of Sample Street. There, they discovered Walton-Davis suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries, leaving a community to grapple with the senseless violence that claimed a young life.
