On December 2, 2023, Roy Steele, aged 58, was found deceased alongside 49-year-old Maria Moffitt in a residence on the 400 block of 27th Street in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. Both individuals had sustained fatal gunshot wounds. The discovery occurred around 5:20 p.m. during a welfare check requested by concerned relatives.
