Delquay Lamont James, a 21-year-old man from Pittsburgh's North Side neighborhood, was tragically shot and killed on July 13, 2019, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. James was visiting a friend in McKeesport when he was found dead of multiple gunshot wounds near a vacant home on Beacon Street. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office reported that he suffered gunshot wounds to his head, neck, torso, and extremities.
