On May 1, 2023, at approximately 9:05 p.m., authorities responded to a 911 call reporting a deceased male wrapped in plastic inside an apartment on Evans Avenue in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. Upon arrival, McKeesport police officers encountered family members of 36-year-old Donte Lee "Chiefy" Glover, who had been reported missing the previous day. Glover's relatives had come to the apartment searching for him.
Investigators determined that the apartment belonged to 37-year-old Lindsey Jackson. Witnesses reported seeing a woman, later identified as Jackson, fleeing the scene by jumping from a balcony shortly before police arrived. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy and concluded that Glover died from a gunshot wound to the head, ruling his death a homicide.
Following a thorough investigation, Allegheny County police charged Lindsey Jackson with criminal homicide, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence. On June 6, 2023, Jackson surrendered to authorities and was taken into custody. She was subsequently held at the Allegheny County Jail without bail, awaiting arraignment.
