Ciquann Quan Dudley Jr., a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically found shot to death in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, on June 2, 2019. His body was discovered in Tube Works Alley by a passerby who notified the police around 1:45 p.m. Dudley, a student at McKeesport Area High School, was pronounced dead at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds.
