In the autumn of 2025, the life of 33-year-old Kenneth 'Kenny' Matthew Hayman of McKeesport, Pennsylvania, was brought to a violent and premature end. On the afternoon of October 12th, Hayman was on his motorcycle at the intersection of Jacks Run Road and Lincoln Way in White Oak, near a Wendy's restaurant, when a dark-colored Chevrolet Silverado pulled up behind him. Three men, their faces obscured by masks, exited the truck and advanced toward him.
As Hayman attempted to flee, multiple gunshots rang out. Despite being wounded, he managed to make his way into the nearby Wendy's to seek help. First responders arrived to find him suffering from several gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead. Witnesses at the scene reported hearing as many as nine gunshots and seeing a car speed away from the area.
The investigation that followed pointed to a conflict between rival motorcycle clubs. Hayman was a proud member of the War Dog Motorcycle Club, where he was known as 'Swayze 1%er.' Authorities believe his death was an act of retaliation for a previous altercation he had been involved in with a member of the Pagans Motorcycle Club. Weeks of undercover surveillance and intercepted calls with members of the Pagans led investigators to identify three suspects: Jacob Baker, 33, of Mount Pleasant; Albert Renchko, 36, of Wilmerding; and Victor Cruz, 27, of Jeannette. Cruz was identified as the president of the Pagans' Irwin chapter.
Surveillance footage reportedly captured Baker and Hayman exchanging gunfire before the three suspects fled in the Silverado, which was later located by police. On November 5, 2025, all three men were charged in connection with Hayman's death. Jacob Baker faced the most severe charges, including homicide, while both he and Albert Renchko were also charged with criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault. Victor Cruz faced charges of criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault. Following their arrests, Baker and Renchko were held in the Allegheny County Jail without bail.
