Tezjuan Jerome Taylor, a 20-year-old male of African American ethnicity from McKeesport, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on May 17, 2014. Taylor was fatally shot outside Ray's Double Barrel Bar in McKeesport. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. when Taylor and another man exited the bar and encountered Jason Webb, who was 19 years old at the time.
