On July 14, 2023, at approximately 2:41 a.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 5900 block of North Lambert Street, where they discovered 34-year-old Justin Holland lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Albert Einstein Medical Center and placed in critical condition.
