In the late hours of a summer evening, a senseless act of violence shattered the peace of a Reading, Pennsylvania neighborhood and forever altered the lives of a family. On August 3, 2023, shots were fired on South 10th Street, and a bullet pierced the walls of an apartment, striking 58-year-old Tina Grier as she slept.
