Aanya Y. Ruiz, a 16-year-old girl of Hispanic ethnicity from Reading, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on February 5, 2021. She was a 10th-grade student at Muhlenberg High School and was well-loved by her family and friends. Aanya's death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred in the Oakbrook Homes neighborhood of Reading.
