Ranciel Natera, a 30-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 5, 2018, in Reading, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred outside his apartment house in the 1200 block of Hill Road. Natera was fatally shot by his girlfriend, Danishka Otero-Velez, during a heated argument. The dispute arose after Otero-Velez discovered that Natera had fathered a child with another woman.
