Tina L. Hertzog, a 21-year-old woman from Reading, PA, tragically died on January 31, 1998, from complications related to a gunshot wound she sustained 25 years earlier. The incident occurred in her home when she was shot in the rib cage during a physical altercation involving four people in the living room. The bullet left her paralyzed, and she lived with the injury until her recent death.
