In the late spring of 2018, a sense of concern began to ripple through Newton, Kansas, following the disappearance of 15-year-old Katelin Caddell. The teenager, also known as Katie, was last seen on May 28, 2018, in her hometown located in Harvey County. At the time she went missing, Katelin was described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes, standing at five feet six inches tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds.
