Jaquilla Evonne Scales, a 4-year-old girl from Wichita, Kansas, went missing on the night of September 5, 2001. She was last seen asleep in her bed at approximately 12:30 a.m. at her home on North Volutsia Street. By 3:00 a.m., Jaquilla was discovered missing, and despite extensive searches, no trace of her has been found.
