On May 27, 2015, Brenda Cisneros, a 22-year-old woman from Reading, PA, tragically lost her life in a shooting incident. Brenda was walking with her boyfriend, Nathaniel B. Spencer Jr., in the first block of South Eighth Street when they encountered two other individuals, Wesley Allison and Jhamar S. Goodman.
