In a quiet home on Second Street in Cardale, a sudden act of violence shattered a friendship and ended the life of 73-year-old James E. Tucker Jr. on the morning of May 24, 2024. Tucker, a male resident of Republic, PA, was visiting his friend, 75-year-old Edmund Parson, when the unexpected occurred.
