In the early moments of a Monday morning, on July 29, 2024, the life of 23-year-old Ryshaun Walker, a Black male from Philadelphia, was brought to a violent and abrupt end. Just after midnight, on the 1400 block of Overington Street in the city's Frankford neighborhood, the sound of at least seven gunshots shattered the night's quiet.
