Felix Moda-Montilla, a 25-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2019, in Philadelphia, PA. He was one of four victims in a quadruple shooting incident that occurred in North Philadelphia. The other victims included 31-year-old Jeffrey Otero, who also succumbed to his injuries, and two others who were critically injured.
