On November 2, 2024, at approximately 2:30 a.m., Harrisburg police responded to reports of shots fired near Hunter and Nectarine Streets. Upon arrival, officers discovered 34-year-old Darius Stukes suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite prompt medical attention, Stukes succumbed to his injuries.

Investigations revealed that earlier that evening, Stukes had been picked up from his York County residence by 38-year-old Harrisburg resident, Lateef Phoenix. The two, accompanied by ...
