Ralph Boggs, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 19, 2018, at an apartment complex located at 2824 Holly Glen Drive in Greenville, North Carolina. The incident occurred just before 9:30 p.m., when witnesses reported hearing gunfire and discovered Boggs suffering from a gunshot wound in the parking lot. Despite the efforts of first responders, Boggs was pronounced dead at the scene.
