Jamar Clark, a 23-year-old African-American male, tragically lost his life on June 18, 2014, in Greenville, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the parking lot of Five Points Plaza. Clark, who was a verified member of the Bloods gang, was shot and killed in what authorities believe was a targeted attack.
