Brian Hall, a 21-year-old male from Harrisburg, PA, tragically died on January 9, 2020, as a result of a shooting at his apartment in the 1500 block of South 15th Street. According to reports, Hall had moved to Harrisburg from New Jersey and was staying at the Park Apartments, a public housing complex for low-income families. His sister revealed on Facebook that Hall was shot in the head while his hands were bound, and he was left to die in his apartment.
