On February 5, 2024, at approximately 3:33 p.m., Raleigh Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting in the 1300 block of Poole Road. Upon arrival, they discovered 24-year-old Amari Alexander Goss suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Goss was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
