Leshawn Tylek Ford, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 25, 2022, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Burgundy Street, where Ford was shot twice in the stomach just before 9 p.m. He was transported to Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh, where he succumbed to his injuries the following morning.
