Do you know who killed Maurice?
Birmingham Police are investigating the shooting death of a Birmingham man early this morning. Police responded to the 1000 block of 1st Street North around midnight after hearing gunshots in the area. After arriving on the scene police found 28 year old Maurice Coleman lying on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene. A second victim suffering from a non life threatening gunshot wound was also found on the scene.
