Damien Devon Smith, a 45-year-old man from Raleigh, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on January 4, 2025. The incident occurred in a parking deck located at 117 S. Wilmington Street in Raleigh. Reports indicate that Smith was shot on Saturday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. Emergency responders transported him to a hospital with serious injuries, but despite medical efforts, he later succumbed to his wounds.
