Rahim Cummings, a 31-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on August 12, 2016, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred at a shopping center on Capital Boulevard. Rahim was taken to WakeMed after being shot at around 6:20 p.m., but he succumbed to his injuries.
