Willie Jefferson, aged 22, was fatally shot on October 1, 2016, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was found on the 5500 block of Ardleigh Street in the Germantown neighborhood. Around 8:49 p.m., police officers responded to reports of gunfire and found Jefferson lying in the street with a gunshot wound to his head. Officers immediately transported him to Albert Einstein Medical Center, but he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries later that night.
