Jahar Handsem Hill, an 18-year-old male from Raleigh, NC, tragically lost his life on August 12, 2022. The incident occurred on the 5400 block of Kissimmee Lane, where Hill was found with a gunshot wound to the head. The shooting led to a car crash, and Hill was pronounced dead at the scene.
