On January 2, 2023, 41-year-old Daniel Spotards was found deceased at the end of his driveway in Plattekill, New York. A local sanitation worker discovered his body and promptly called 911. Investigations revealed that Spotards had been shot multiple times at close range on January 1, 2023.
