On a late summer afternoon in the Bronx, tragedy befell 33-year-old Felix Medina. On Thursday, September 17, 2020, at approximately 4:00 PM, Medina was in front of the La Victoria Grocery at 662 E. 141st Street in the Mott Haven neighborhood when an argument escalated into fatal violence.
