Kevin Dillard, a 21-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on August 11, 2019. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:40 p.m., when police responded to 911 calls reporting gunshots at the rear of 2975 White Plains Road. Upon arrival, officers found Kevin Dillard and another victim, 17-year-old Arnelle Branch, with gunshot wounds.
