In the quiet neighborhood of East Flatbush, Brooklyn, a grim discovery was made on the afternoon of Friday, February 3, 2023. Inside a home on Beverly Road, police officers found the bodies of 52-year-old Alex Delone and his girlfriend, Petlyn Job, a 49-year-old retired NYPD officer. Both had been fatally shot in what investigators believe was a murder-suicide. Delone, a Black male, was found on a bed with a gunshot wound to his head.
