In early 2023, the life of Steven G. Lord, a 58-year-old man, came to an unexpected and tragic end in New York City. Originally from Kansas City, he had built a successful career as an investment banker. In 2021, he and his wife made the move to New York, embarking on a new chapter in the bustling city.
