On the evening of June 19, 2023, Paul "Polo" Gonzalez, aged 38, was fatally shot in front of his apartment building at 230 West 140th Street in Harlem, New York. Responding to a 911 call around 9:57 p.m., officers from the 32nd Precinct discovered Gonzalez with a gunshot wound to the head.
