Death by Force

On February 29, 2024, 60-year-old chef and grandfather Tyrone Swinton was fatally shot in his Harlem apartment. Responding to reports of gunfire, police found Swinton with multiple gunshot wounds, including injuries to his head, neck, chest, and back. He was transported to Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
