On July 28, 2023, at approximately 6:30 PM, 16-year-old Bronx resident Pharrell Aguasvivas was found unconscious in a parking garage at 73-83 Highland Avenue in Yonkers, New York. First responders discovered he had suffered a gunshot wound to his upper left back. Despite prompt medical attention, Aguasvivas was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
Investigations by the Yonkers Police Department revealed that Aguasvivas had been involved in a physical altercation with two male suspects
