In the early hours of New Year's Day 2024, the life of 44-year-old Ozzie Gardner was tragically cut short in Albany, New York. The male victim was shot and killed following a dispute that originated at a party. The incident unfolded near the intersection of Judson and Second streets in the West Hill neighborhood, marking the city's first homicide of the year.
