On June 25, 2023, at approximately 12:45 a.m., 28-year-old DeAndre Morrison was fatally shot near the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Philip Street in Albany, New York. Responding officers found Morrison with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso; he was transported to Albany Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
