Lieutenant John F. Finn, a 12-year veteran of the Albany Police Department, tragically died on February 12, 2004, from gunshot wounds sustained during a foot chase on December 23, 2003. Finn, who was 37 years old at the time of the incident, was pursuing a suspect following a convenience store robbery in Albany's South End.
