On a spring night in Albany, New York, Courtney Yates, a 27-year-old man, found his life tragically cut short. On May 5, 2015, Yates was an innocent bystander at the corner of Lark Street and Sheridan Avenue when he was caught in a hail of bullets from a drive-by shooting.
