Charlie Harris, a 39-year-old resident of Albany, NY, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2020. Harris was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred early in the morning on First Street, between Quail and Ontario streets. The incident was reported to the Albany Police Department, who responded to the scene following reports of gunshots.
