In the early morning hours of a Thursday in Albany, New York, the life of 39-year-old Charlie Harris was tragically cut short. On September 10, 2020, Harris was found on First Street, between Quail and Ontario streets, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. First responders rushed to the scene after reports of gunfire and paramedics worked to save his life, but he later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. His death marked the city's 14th homicide of that year.
