Uizaie Brigman, a 23-year-old resident of Albany, NY, tragically lost his life on January 12, 2021. He was found dead inside a vehicle on Ontario and Hamilton streets, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The investigation into his death was conducted by detectives from the Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit. Several months after the incident, Nicholas Higgins, a 30-year-old man from Albany, was arrested and charged with Brigman's murder.
