Kahlil Barnes, a 31-year-old resident of Albany, New York, tragically lost his life on July 14, 2018. Barnes was found bleeding in a car at around 12:30 a.m. after police responded to reports of gunfire at the intersection of Quail and First streets. Despite the efforts of paramedics who treated him at the scene and transported him to Albany Medical Center, Barnes succumbed to his injuries.
