On July 13, 2024, at approximately 10:18 PM, a tragic incident unfolded in the Bronx, New York. Police responded to a 911 call reporting an assault in progress near 2247 Webster Avenue in the Fordham Heights neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered two victims: a 28-year-old male, later identified as Thomas McCellan, suffering from a gunshot wound to his torso, and a 26-year-old female with a gunshot wound to her hand.
