On March 9, 2016, in Bozeman, Montana, 37-year-old Darcy Buhmann was fatally shot by her ex-boyfriend, 35-year-old Anthony Tobias Fagiano. Early that morning, Fagiano broke into Buhmann's residence on Buckrake Avenue, where he found her hiding in an upstairs closet and shot her multiple times, resulting in her death.
