In the early morning hours of May 31, 2023, the life of 34-year-old Justin Wayne Barstow, a White male, was cut tragically short in Kansas City, Missouri. Police were called to the vicinity of NW 63rd Terrace and NW Westwood Lane around 3:30 a.m. following reports of gunfire. Upon their arrival, they discovered a vehicle that had struck a light pole. Inside was Justin Wayne Barstow, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
