On the morning of September 18, 2023, law enforcement officers in Kansas City, Missouri, were dispatched to a residence in the 3900 block of South Benton Avenue following reports of a disturbance. Arriving around 9:00 a.m., police encountered a chaotic situation with several witnesses appearing visibly distressed and behaving erratically.
