In the winter of 2014, a young man's life was cut short in Memphis, Tennessee. Denzel Keshun Monroe, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on January 31, 2014. The incident unfolded on Birdsong Ferry/Sugar Creek, where Monroe was a passenger in a vehicle with five other individuals.
